EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Office Location: San Salvador, El Salvador

Gender: feminine
Maximun age 35 years
Previous experience in a similar position
Must have minimum of three years relevant experience.
No schedule restrictions.
Available to live in El Salvador.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
To be in excellent physical condition.
Have an open water diving license, or be willing to learn to dive is a plus.
Camera and skilled at photography a definite plus.

Professional Profile:
Completed undergraduate level in Law, Marketing, Business or Communications.
High level management, negotiation and problem solving attitude.
Optimal cross cultural and cross socio economic level communications. Leadership, Creativity, Committment, Trustworthiness and Accountabilty; a doer.
Methodical and attentive to details, skilled at numerical analisys.

Skills:
Fluency 100% in English and Spanish.
Digital Marketing.
Must be able to manage social networks; digital ads across all common platforms.
Must know how to coordinate logistics, travel, agendas.
Impeccable spelling, plus creative copy in English and Spanish.
Full and comfortable use of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilities:
In addition to administrative office duties in the epayments industry, she will assist the Director by managing a freediving program Coordinating local and regional training, and help establishing and coordinating with creativity and assertiveness the entire program.
